The Parada Foundation was started by one person. Now among the most important and effective organizations in Bucharest for social reintegration of street children, it consists of 36 people working and participating in Parada's evolution.

Daily mobile assistance in the street for risk reduction
Caravana :Due to the fact that the night is the worst time for children living in the streets, the Parada Foundation created a sanitary program called ‘Caravana”, a mobile night centre that offers medical care and psychological counselling.
Parada Centre : It’s the place where most of the social and cultural activities take place. A shelter for socializing and education. It attempts to nurture the desire in street children to take a new direction in their lives.
Self managed flats : Created in 1998, these flats allow children to integrate with the townspeople and be in charge of the management of their own habitation.

Daily Street arts as part of a rehabilitation program .

A real circus company of street children has been created that goes on an extensive tour each summer to Romania, Italy and France.
Agora Circus : a free and open, non-elitist circus school for anyone opened in September 2004.

The efficiency of Parada's methods is proven: each year about 75% of the participants are included in the permanent projects of the foundation.
